Prompt: Write down 3 things you’re grateful for that didn’t go the way you wanted.
Why: This practice helps you reframe life’s twists and still uncover sparks of meaning.
Mini Action: Journal or voice note one way this “twist” might actually be helping you grow.


DAY TWO: Micro-Moment Reset

Prompt: Feel stressed today? pause mindfully.
Why: This nervous system reset stops overwhelm.
Mini Action: 1. Put your hand over your heart.
2. Breathe in for 4 counts, hold 2, out for 6.
3. Whisper, “I am a safe person.”


DAY THREE: Body Signal Check

Prompt: Set 3 times a day to check with your body.
Why: Your body signals before your mind realizes — noticing gives you choice.
Mini Action: Ask: “What is my body saying right now?”
(Tight jaw? Racing heart? Relaxed shoulders?)
Do one small adjustment (stretch, sip water, unclench).
